Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the area where you are and the weight of your order.

Online orders will normally be shipped out the next working day, although it may take up to 48 hours to process your order. You will be provided a tracking number with the status of your order.

The delivery time for peninsular orders is 1–2 days after they have left the office. For other orders, it may take 3–5 working days.

The rates applied to international shipments do not cover possible customs duties or other taxes that may be applied in each country. These will be processed by the transport companies and the customer will be asked to pay them. The customs policies of the destination country may affect the original delivery time.

Returns

Our return policy varies by product as detailed below:

Coffee products

As coffee is a fresh and perishable product, we cannot accept any returns on bags of coffee, unless there was an error caused by Butler Coffee or the shipping company.

Coffee machines

We cannot accept any returns if the coffee machine has been used or the packaging is opened.

  • If you are not satisfied with the product, we will arrange collection (to be paid for by the customer), and Butler Coffee will inspect its condition before approval of the return.
  • Unopened coffee machine products have a 14-day return period for refund or exchange.
  • Collection costs will not be refunded.

Non-coffee products

If you are not satisfied, we will arrange collection (to be paid by the customer), and Butler Coffee will inspect its condition before approval of the return.
