What’s in the Cup Full-bodied and rich with a long, sweet finish. Sweet chocolate leads the cup, followed by roasted hazelnut and a soft dried fig note that adds depth without sharpness. Where It Comes From Grown at Santa Monica farm in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia, by farmer Jairo Arcila at 1,450–1,500 meters. The washed process and Caturra variety highlight clarity, balance, and classic Colombian sweetness shaped by volcanic soils and high-altitude conditions. Why It Works This is Colombia in its most familiar and satisfying form. The medium roast brings structure and sweetness together, making it an easy daily choice that performs beautifully as espresso or filter — bold, comforting, and consistently dependable.
