DABOV Specialty Coffee
What’s in the Cup Full-bodied and smooth with low acidity. Cocoa liquor leads, followed by toasted almond and a soft apricot sweetness. Balanced, comforting, and built for repeat cups. Where It Comes From Grown at Fazenda Aliança at 1,100 meters and managed by Renato Ishikawa, where climate, soil, and hands-on farming shape the cup. The Yellow Catuai variety and natural (dry) process allow the coffee to develop deeper sweetness and a round, structured body. Why It Works Brazil at its most reliable and refined. The medium roast preserves sweetness and balance, making this coffee equally at home as espresso or filter. It’s approachable, versatile, and quietly expressive.
